Our offices are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Where can I buy Orchard Toys products?
Orchard Toys are widely stocked in toy shops, gift shops, book shops, garden centres, as well as major supermarkets, department stores and online retailers.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are despatched (Mon-Fri) by courier service. UK mainland orders are shipped by Fedex on a Next Day service, if your order has been placed by 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Fedex deliver between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and require a signature on delivery. Orders for delivery in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and ROI are usually dispatched on a 2-3 day service.
